Star Wars in Concert

For Ben's birthday we also went up to Denver to the Pepsi Center for Star Wars in Concert. There was a big screen showing clips from all the movies, and then a full symphony orchestra was playing the Star Wars music. It was awesome. There was so much Star Wars stuff around.

And of course, there was some cotton candy eaten. Obviously our kids don't have cotton candy much, so this is what Zach looked like after he was done with his.

Ben's Birthday

Amanda and Zach worked really hard to decorate Ben's cakes for his Birthday. Here they are decorating and with the finished products and with daddy.

Dress Up Time

Amanda pulled out her dress-up clothes this weekend, so Morgan had to try some on too. Too cute!

Balloons

Labor Day weekend the Balloon Festival comes to town. We went on Saturday morning, and unfortunately the clouds were too thick for the balloons to take off. It was cool though because most of them still inflated, and the pilots were as nice as could be. The kids got to see the inside of the balloons, so they still had lots of fun.

Fun with the Bears

We went to the zoo last week and the kids had so much fun with the bears. They came up to the window and splashed them and just played there for like 5 minutes.

4th of July

On the 4th of July we went out to Ben's brother Scott's house. We hung out for most of the day, and then did some fireworks at night.

Zoo Night

A few weeks ago we went to the zoo for members only night. It was beautiful outside and many of the animals were so active. I love the picture of Zach by the lion, she was so close to the window.

T-Ball

Zach plays t-ball during the summer on Saturday mornings. It is so cute to watch!

Morgan's party

I am very far behind in keeping up with the blog! We had Morgan's first Birthday party on June 13th, so here are some pictures from her party.

Morgan got lots of great toys at her party, here she is playing with a few of them.

Disneyworld

We went to Disneyworld at the end of May into the beginning of June. We stayed for 8 nights, and we had 7 VERY busy days at the 4 Disney parks. We had such a great time!

My brother and his family were out there at the same time as us. We met up with them a few times. Of course all the kids had fun together.

Amanda got selected to go up on stage for the "Jedi Training Academy." She trained how to be a Jedi, and then actually got to fight Darth Vader. What a day for her!

Zach with his Mickey shaped waffles from breakfast at Chef Mickey's.

The kids got to ride up front in the monorail, along with the driver. They thought it was great. They even got a Monorail Co-Pilot License.
